US Payroll Specialist-Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage US payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with HR teams to gather employee data and ensure accurate salary calculations.
• Process biweekly payroll runs using Workday Payroll software, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to company policies regarding data security.

Job Requirements :

• 7.5-15 years of experience in global payroll management, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Workday Payroll software is required; ability to learn new systems quickly.
