US Payroll Accountant || Immediate Joiner || Remote || WFH

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Accountant with strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, US payroll, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
Process US payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
Handle payroll taxes, deductions, reconciliations, and compliance.
Manage client communication and address accounting/payroll queries.
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with applicable US accounting and payroll regulations.
Requirements:
Strong experience in US accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll.
Knowledge of US payroll taxes and compliance requirements.
Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
CPA qualification preferred.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
