US Outbound Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects in the US using leads provided through our CRM.
• Follow the provided calling script accurately while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Speak clearly, slowly, patiently, and respectfully with prospects.
• Pay close attention to commas, spaces, and pauses in the script to ensure the conversation is easy to follow.
• Build a friendly and professional rapport with prospects.
• Handle basic questions and responses professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate call notes and update prospect information in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily calling and activity expectations.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English (89/10) with clear pronunciation and good conversational ability.
• Comfortable speaking with US-based prospects.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Patient, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable following a structured script.
• Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience is preferred.
