Role & responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.
• Update and maintain order records in the system.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain order documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good typing skills (Desired: 20 WPM and above)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
• Average English communication skills are acceptable.
• Preferred: Male candidates who are comfortable working in night shifts.
