US Non-IT Recruiter Healthcare & Hearing Care Staffing

Experienced US Non-IT Recruiter specializing in recruiting healthcare professionals for hearing care and telehealth organizations. Managed full-cycle recruitment for positions preferably Audiologists, Tele-Audiologists, Hearing Ambassadors, Hearing Instrument Specialists, Patient Care Coordinators, Clinic Administrators, and Customer Support professionals across the United States. Supported high-volume and niche hiring requirements while ensuring compliance with client hiring standards and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Managed end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding for healthcare and hearing-care positions.
- Partnered with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, licensing requirements, and candidate qualifications.
- Sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional healthcare networks, referrals, and ATS databases.
