JOB TITILE - US NON-IT Recruiter/ Engineering Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT and Engineering positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
• Handle recruitment for engineering and technical positions across
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
