Role & responsibilities :

• 3-7 years of experience in US IT & Non-IT Staffing / Business Development.
• Strong US client acquisition and relationship-building experience.
• Experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Good knowledge of US staffing and recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to work night shifts from office.
• Develop new US clients, Direct Clients, Tier-1 & Implementation Partners.
• Identify and generate new staffing business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and staffing requirements.
• Oversee the recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Lead, manage, and mentor recruiters.
• Achieve sales, placement, and revenue targets.
• Build strong client and industry relationships.
• Identify opportunities across Construction, Manufacturing, Production, Finance, Tax, Engineering & IT.
