About this role
Key Responsibilities:
* Experience recruiting for US law firms and legal staffing.
* Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
* Recruit Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and other legal professionals.
* Good understanding of US legal practice areas and terminology.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
