US IT Technical Recruiters

We are looking for experienced US IT recruiters with 2-4 years of US IT recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment.
Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates.
Handle multiple active requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Work closely with account managers and delivery teams.
Conduct technical and behavioural screenings.
Ensure ATS updates and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Maintain excellent candidate and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of US IT recruitment experience
Experience working with Implementation Partners/System Integrators (SI)
Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and more
Proficiency with sourcing platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and CEIPAL ATS
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing expertise

Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of US staffing models: W2 & C2C
Experience hiring for contract and W2 positions
