Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Strong experience in team handling, client/stakeholder management and coordination.
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Conduct technical and behavioral screening of candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize ATS/VMS tools for recruitment tracking and submissions
