US IT Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven US IT Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team, manage end-to-end hiring, and drive successful placements for US IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and submissions.
• Manage client requirements, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor team performance, submission-to-interview ratios, and placement closures.
• Drive productivity, improve recruitment processes, and meet hiring goals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, including team management.
• Strong knowledge of US IT technologies, job markets, and recruitment processes.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and closing positions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Strong ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable results.
