US IT Recruitment Lead - C2H

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment and Staffing activities.
• Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements; C2H experience is preferred.
• Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, and closures.
• Guide recruiters on effective sourcing and candidate screening strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and timely submission of candidates.
• Track recruiter productivity and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Train and support recruiters on US staffing processes and best practices.
• Handle escalations and resolve recruitment-related challenges.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and consultants.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Team Lead / Team Management.
• Strong experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
• C2H / Contract-to-Hire experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
