About this role
NextRow Digital is a Chicago-headquartered Adobe Gold Partner with 10+ years of partnership, with offices in Chicago, Canada and Mexico and a delivery center in Hyderabad. Were building our US recruitment vertical into a serious revenue engine, and we want the person who will run it.
This isnt a "manage the desk" job. Its a P&L-minded ownership role. You get the vertical, the team, the targets and the freedom to build it your way.
What youll own
- The entire US recruitment vertical from client requirement to offer to onboarding
- Delivery outcomes: submissions, interviews, closures, quality, speed
- Your team: hire, coach, set targets, and build recruiters who outperform
- Client relationships: be the voice of delivery with US stakeholders and account teams
- Systems and rhythm: the metrics, reviews and processes that keep delivery predictable
- Talent strategy: sourcing playbooks for niche and hard-to-fill US IT skills
Youre the person we want if you
- Have done US recruitment end to end: sourcing, screening, closing, vendor and client handling
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, with candidates, clients and your own team
- Have led or mentored teams and know how to turn targets into daily habits
- Take ownership: when something breaks, you fix it. You dont forward the problem.
- Are hungry and see potential in people, including yourself. Years of experience matter less than what you can do.
What you wont be
A complainer, a spectator, or someone who waits for instructions.
