US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 3 to 7 years of core experience in the US Staffing and IT recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment life cycles, managing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) requirements , and handling various US employment tax terms including W2, 1099, and C2C (Corp-to-Corp). If you thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and possess strong technical sourcing acumen, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End US Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment life cyclefrom parsing requirements and deep sourcing to screening, interview coordination, rate negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Tax Terms & Compliance Handling:
• Source and vet candidates across various employment models: W2 (Hourly/Salary with or without benefits), 1099, and C2C (Corp-to-Corp).
• Coordinate with corporations, vendors, and independent contractors while ensuring compliance with tax frameworks, incorporation proofs, and liability insurances.
• Visa & Work Authorizations: Thoroughly screen candidates across US Citizens, Green Cards, H-1B, EADs (OPT/CPT), TN, and other valid work visas.
• Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job boards and professional networking platforms (e.g., Dice, Monster/Monster Worldwide, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Twitter/X) along with Boolean search strings and internal databases.
• Rate Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate competitive pay/bill rates with candidates or C2C partner vendors while keeping gross margins (GM) aligned with company targets.
• ATS Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, client submissions, and interview updates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
