Position: US IT Recruiter Fresher
Experience: Freshers / 01 Year
Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Utilize job portals and professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Learn US staffing processes, recruitment tools, and hiring practices.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts is preferred.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• Strong interest in building a career in US IT Recruitment.
• Freshers and immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
