Job Description:

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other job portals.
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills:

• 2–7+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US IT technologies and job portals.
• Experience with Boolean search and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad.
