Us It Recruiter

Kyra Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, rate negotiation, submission, and successful placement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US recruitment practices, visa classifications, employment arrangements such as W2 and Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and various technical skill sets. Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and the ability to work during US EST night-shift hours are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, initial interviews, rate negotiation, candidate submission, interview coordination, and closure.
• Source and recruit IT professionals for technical positions across junior, mid-level, and senior levels.
• Understand and work with US employment arrangements, including W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and other applicable engagement models.
• Understand US work authorization categories, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B visa holders.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal databases, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
• Work on diverse technical requirements, including ERP, CRM, data warehousing, databases, system administration, networking, telecom/datacom, embedded systems, and internet technologies.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone screenings, assess candidate suitability, and verify relevant experience and technical skills.
• Communicate job requirements, responsibilities, work arrangements, and opportunities clearly to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate client interviews, prepare candidates for interview discussions, and conduct timely follow-ups until closure.
• Negotiate pay rates and compensation terms in line with client requirements and candidate expectations.
• Post job openings on relevant recruitment portals and maintain accurate candidate and submission records.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets, submission goals, interview targets, and placement timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffing.
• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Working knowledge of US visa and work authorization categories, including US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, and H-1B.
• Familiarity with W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and other US staffing engagement models.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Basic understanding of technical job descriptions and IT skill sets across multiple technology domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to work during US EST night-shift hours.
• Candidates who can independently manage the recruitment cycle and drive positions to closure will be preferred.
