Job Summary

i-HiddenTalent is hiring motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with good English communication skills who are interested in building a career in US IT staffing and recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions and client requirements.
• Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, skills, and work authorization.
• Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and internal teams to schedule interviews.
• Follow up on interview feedback, candidate submissions, and hiring progress.
• Work on US IT staffing requirements, including W2, C2C, and contract positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and submission details.
• Build professional relationships with candidates and staffing vendors.
• Manage multiple job openings and meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work the US night shift from the Ahmedabad office.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the US IT staffing industry.
• Previous US IT recruitment or staffing experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
