Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of the US IT staffing industry, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring IT professionals for US clients across contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and permanent positions, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
• Recruit IT professionals across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, and other technical domains.
• Screen resumes to assess technical skills, relevant experience, communication, location, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate with account managers, vendors, and hiring managers to understand job requirements and submission priorities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely profile submissions against client requirements.
• Negotiate pay rates, salaries, and other employment terms with candidates.
• Track candidate submissions, interview schedules, feedback, and offer status using ATS/CRM tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and vendors.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality submissions.

Required Skills

• 25 years of experience in US IT recruitment or US IT staffing.
• Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job descriptions, and recruitment terminology.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, or similar sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations, including H-1B, Green Card, EAD, and US citizens.
• Understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate negotiation, screening, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms such as Ceipal or JobDiva is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work US business hours, including evening or night shifts in India.
