Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Understand job descriptions and match candidates with client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate rates and salaries based on client budgets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely submissions of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Familiarity with IT technologies, job roles, and technical terminology.
• Experience with Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 05 years (depending on the hiring requirement).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in US IT recruitment may also apply.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
