Job Summary: We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills, along with knowledge of US hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Recruit IT professionals for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time positions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Work with hiring managers and vendors to understand job requirements.
• Negotiate rates, manage submissions, and maintain candidate databases.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Knowledge of US work authorization, hiring terms, and employment types.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Ability to work in US time zones as required.
