Job Summary

AKAASA Infotech is looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1 to 6 years of experience in US staffing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-ups.
• Work with Prime Vendors and Tier-1 Vendors.
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Good knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring.
• Exposure to Prime Vendors/Tier-1 Vendors preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.
