Job Description: US IT Recruiter ( 5 days Work from office)

• Location : Chennai.

• • Must have US IT recruitment experience of 2-5 years & in-depth knowledge of the Recruitment life cycle.
• • Since we are working on mostly Implementation Client requirements, so must focus on the quality of candidates.
• • Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
• • Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions.
• • Adept in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.
• • Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
• • Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.
• • Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT
