• Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as Dice, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to placement, tracking progress and communicating with stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of Latam region's job market trends and requirements.
• Proficiency in using tools like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. for sourcing candidates.
