Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  
• Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, or support
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
  
• Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Telugu preferred for domestic process)
  
• Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate / Undergraduates can apply
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (for international process)
  
• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
