About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse US IT job requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and

other recruitment channels.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and

work authorization.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate profiles against job requirements.
• Communicate job opportunities, responsibilities, location, shift, and contract details

to candidates.

• Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate rates/salary with candidates when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate

experience.

• Strong knowledge on US IT Staffing, US Recruitment, IT Contract Staffing, Contract-

to-Hire, Direct Hire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, US Work Authorization, H-1B,

OPT/CPT, GC, US Citizen

Candidate Requirements

• 04 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment

are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in US timings (Night Shifts)
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.Role & responsibilities
