Role & responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for US-based IT positions.
• Screen candidates through phone calls and evaluate their suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work in US Night Shifts.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
