About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for direct clients, with expertise in sourcing and hiring W2 candidates. Prior experience supporting the Automotive, Medical Device, or Manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT and Engineering positions, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter Platform (RPS), job boards, social media, and networking channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate compensation, availability, and employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and hiring progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure timely submissions while maintaining high-quality candidate standards.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal account management teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and talent availability within IT, Automotive, Medical Device, and Manufacturing domains.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing and Technical Recruitment.
• Proven experience working with direct clients and managing their staffing requirements.
• Strong experience recruiting W2 candidates for contract and full-time positions.
• Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools including Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS).
• Experience recruiting for Automotive, Medical Device, Manufacturing, or related engineering domains is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical job roles, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Bullhorn, Oorwin, JobDiva, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of US employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to identify passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines.
