Job Description

We are hiring US IT Recruiters with 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing and W2 Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills with excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and internal databases.
• Handle W2 hiring for US-based IT requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate pre-screening.
• Understand technical requirements and match candidates with suitable positions.
• Verify US work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM.
• Achieve daily/monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Hands-on experience in W2 hiring.
• Knowledge of US IT technologies and job roles.
• Experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
