Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and clients.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of staffing (India/US depending on role).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in client-specific hiring.
- Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring mandates.
