US IT Recruiter

Job Requirements 

• 8+ years of US IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong communication and logical reasoning skills and ability to hold conversations with senior leaders/candidates
• Strong technical recruiting and technology understanding
• Excellent Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn, direct sourcing & passive hiring skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, CEIPAL, Dice, Monster, or similar tools
• Experience with Zoho ATS will be strongly preferred
• Strong experience building ready-to-engage talent pipelines
• Proven direct sourcing capability with low dependency on vendors
• Ability to work directly with hiring managers and technical stakeholders
• Strong reporting, market intelligence, and pipeline management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift
