Job Description:

We are looking for US IT Recruiters with 16 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify IT candidates through job portals and professional networks.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Work closely with account managers and internal recruitment teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
