Shift: US Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US Staffing/Recruitment. If you have strong sourcing and screening skills and are comfortable working in the US night shift, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
• Utilize Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements.
• Negotiate salaries/rates and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth position closures.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets and deliver candidates within required timelines.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
