Job Title: Associate Consultant / Senior Software Professional (NA Project Delivery)

Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced professionals with a solid corporate background to manage and deliver robust IT solutions for our North American (NA) enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience handling NA geography projects, interacting with US-based stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with US-based clients, stakeholders, and onshore teams to gather requirements and provide technical delivery.
• Work across the software development or service delivery lifecycle supporting enterprise applications.
• Ensure adherence to strict SLAs, quality matrices, and compliance standards expected by US corporate clients.
• Handle shift alignments or overlap schedules required for seamless communication with the North American region.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, document process workflows, and participate in regular client status updates.
