Job Description:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other platforms
• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical requirements
• Understand US IT requirements and hiring processes
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with hiringRequired Skills

• 411 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices
• Experience sourcing candidates using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms
• Good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job roles
• Excellent candidate screening and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in US shifts / night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

EducationAny graduate / postgraduate degree with relevant US IT Recruitment experience.
