Role Overview

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our high-performing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment process and employment types, with a proven track record of placing candidates in IT roles across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various US-based clients.
• Source and screen candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates swiftly.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and hiring managers.
• Consistently achieve high submittal-to-interview and placement ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) and employment types (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Proven success in placing candidates across a variety of IT skill sets.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ceipal).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
