US IT Recruiter

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals (Software Engineers, Developers, QA, BA, Data Engineers, etc.
• Screen candidates on technical skills, and availability
• Understand job requirements, tech stacks, and client specifications
• Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and close candidate
• Manage submissions, interviews, and offer processes
• Work with vendors and applicants
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal database

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven IT staffing/recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and frameworks
• Familiarity with rate negotiations and markups
• Experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working night shifts preferred

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with VMS platform
• Experience with high-volume IT recruitment
