Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Work on requirements received from Implementation Clients / IT Services / System Integrators.
• Source, screen, qualify and submit candidates against technical requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers and client SPOCs to understand job requirements.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submissions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche IT technologies.
• Negotiate rates, manage candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.
• Track submissions, interviews, selections and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific submission and documentation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ months -3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of technical skills, IT job titles and US hiring practices.
• Experience working directly or indirectly with Implementation Clients / IT Services companies.
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, databases and internal ATS.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.
