Required Skills:

• 4-10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US IT technologies and job roles.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of US work authorization such as H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones / night shifts as required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and technical/functional discussions with candidates.
• Handle US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work with hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to close positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
