About this role
- End-to-end US IT recruitment experience with hands-on exposure to W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Strong experience in sourcing profiles using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and hiring models.
- Expertise in screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with clients.
- Experience working with direct clients, system integrators, and implementation partners.
- Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders in the US market.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience maintaining ATS and recruitment reports.
