Hiring: US IT Recruiter | Work from Office (5 Days)

Location: Hyderabad (5 Days Work from Office)
Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Recruitment

Key Skills Required:
1. Strong end-to-end experience in US IT Staffing — full-cycle recruitment for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions
2. Hands-on sourcing experience via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
3. Solid understanding of technical skill sets across IT domains
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably in US shift timings
5. Ability to manage a high-volume requisition pipeline with speed and accuracy
