Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment.
• Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation and availability.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Work according to US time zones and recruitment processes.
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.
