We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical positions.
  Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
• Strong experience in US staffing, sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
• Understand US IT requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to close positions within timelines.
• Good understanding of US work authorization, time zones, and recruitment processes.

Required Skills:

• 1.5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Good knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in US/night shifts
• Target-oriented and good negotiation skills

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred
