Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop effective Boolean search strings to identify suitable candidates.
• Review and evaluate resumes against technical and functional requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess
• Work on different US hiring models such as W2, C2C, 1099 and Contract-to-Hire, depending on business requirements.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within defined turnaround times.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
• Negotiate compensation/pay rates within approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status, and follow-ups in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and client requirements.
