is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong W2 & C2C recruitment experience and proven experience working with direct clients such as TCS, HCL, and Infosys.

• Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle for W2 & C2C positions.
• Work on requirements received directly from end clients.
• Source and screen IT professionals through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and other portals.
• Build and maintain strong W2 & C2C consultant pipelines.

• 3–5+ years of US IT Staffing/Recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in W2 & C2C recruitment.
• Direct client hiring experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with clients such as TCS, HCL, and/or Infosys is highly preferred.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS.
• Experience with VMS/MSP platforms such as Beeline is a plus.
• Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
