Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates for various US IT requirements.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment-related records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ensure timely submission of qualified and relevant candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of the US IT recruitment process and lifecycle.
• Knowledge of various IT technologies, skills, and job roles.
• Experience using job portals and sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good candidate screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of US employment and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Prior experience working with US-based clients and IT requirements.
• Ability and willingness to work in the night shift (6:30 PM-3:30 AM IST).
