Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
• Verify candidate work authorization/visa status such as H1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen.
• Have a good understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Good knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.
• Understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC work authorizations.
