Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews and provide recommendations on final selection decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends, technologies, and industry developments.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
