Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Shift: Night Shift (6 pm - 3 am IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions with a strong understanding of US hiring practices and visa types.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Work on various requirements including C2C, W2, and 1099 roles.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate salary/rates, contracts, and ensure timely onboarding.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Use and update ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) regularly.

Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of US IT recruitment process.

Knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Experience working with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Client Handling.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.

Prior experience with MSP/VMS clients.

Familiarity with tools like Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, etc.
