Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Find candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Screening: Review resumes and interview tech candidates to test their skills.
• US Compliance: Know US tax terms like W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp. Understand visa rules like H-1B, E3, and TN.
• Process Management: Handle interview schedules, client updates, and job offers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience : 1 Year to 7 Years in US IT Recruitment
• Job Location : Vadodara, Gujarat.
• Shift : Night Shift
